Crafted by refugees from Syria, Sudan, South Sudan and Ethiopia living in Egypt.

A group of refugee and Egyptian women work together in Cairo to create these authentic products using local materials. Each handmade apron reflects a personal artisan story and skill.

100% cotton in light blue with silk screen and block printing.

Well made tea towels

I ordered these for Christmas, but decided to keep them for us. They are well made in 2 pretty designs. I think the colour is light grey rather than light blue. I like the hook sewn in one corner that is made of the same strong absorbent fabric. So good to have something fairly made in Egypt rather than China!

The colour was deceptive as to me they look grey rather than light blue. I bought them for a relative, as it happens I think she will still like them
